Wendy's at the 71st and Western location has been a mixed experience. While the food is good with great deals, there have been issues with cold meals and missing drinks. The staff sometimes have attitudes, but the reviewer still goes back in hopes of better service. The restaurant is small, with some work needed in the lot, and the drive-through remains the usual. Despite the presence of homeless individuals asking for help nearby, the Sibley and Woodlawn location is preferred for a better overall experience.
