Nice place great food excellent service with the staff and that’s were it stops ponytail manager was the rudest most unprofessional individual that I and my group have had the displeasure of meeting! Would recommend to everyone, but neither myself nor the group of 10 that were with me will be returning.
Excellent food and service

Von Jakob Winery & Brewery offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff, excellent drinks, and a beautiful view. Visitors can enjoy a variety of beverages, including Sangria slushy and black cherry hard cider. The menu features delicious options such as the BLT with thick crispy bacon, light spicy sauce, and marble rye bread, as well as a Reuben sandwich that many find to be a favorite. The beer selection includes a Munich Dunkel with a sweet aftertaste, which is highly recommended. Guests can also sample wines, beers, and liquors, making it a great spot for tasting different drinks. The location is quiet and small-town, with gravel parking and no steps to enter or access the patio, ensuring walkability. However, recent reviews suggest that the winery may be experiencing some operational challenges, with the kitchen being closed on some occasions and the overall experience not meeting previous standards. Despite these issues, the winery remains a recommended destination in the area, offering a fun and courteous experience, with inviting rooms for overnight stays and nearby activities like visiting other wineries and enjoying scenic overlooks.
