Lunch time. Almost empty Not sure, but the server was possibly working alone. She was too busy to do much. That was the saddest Impossible Burger I've ever had. Dry bun, flavorless, no seasoning, virtually not worth eating. It came with cold, edible fries. I won't ever go back.

I went to Applebee's with my family for my birthday this year because I heard they have fun drinks for someone turning 22, I was intrigued. It was a change from my usual chips, salsa, and margaritas. I legitimately came just for the drinks. When I tried to order, I realized I forgot my ID, blaming it on my heat-induced brain fog from the State Fair. Amanda, our server, suggested I just have water, which I was planning to order anyway, but I felt a bit of animosity after she said that. No biggie, though, a family member who wasn't with us brought my ID.

Amanda finally came back after serving our food to take my drink order but then proceeded to check my ID for over a minute. I'm presuming it was because she thought I was either turning 21 or that it was fake. As someone who also serves and has to check IDs, I know that 2004 is the generation turning 21, not 2003. So, I don’t see how it would take her more than 10 seconds to realize I’m a year older than 21. She even held it up to the light to see if the state outline was there, so now I know she was checking if it was fake. At an Applebee's, seriously? Maybe at Bon Air, but not for these mediocre drinks and with both my parents their yikes.

Also, my shark drink had only one gummy, and it was lips? What? And just one? She also didn’t check on us as much as the table next to us. The appetizer came out with our food, and we didn’t get small plates for it. She also complained about how other customers complained, which tells me she knows she works in a not-so-great establishment. That’s probably why she acts like that; my parents experienced something similar with her just last week. She’s one of the main servers and isn’t any better than the rest, even those who have probably been there less time than she has. I was also told she’s a manager, so thanks for a mediocre birthday. She didn’t even wish me a happy birthday.

08/07/25 — Our server Gracey was phenomenal! She was so kind, patient and attentive despite some of the people we were with being very frustrating to deal with. She was very personable and made it a very comfortable meal.

I hope somebody personally thanks her and lets her know what a great job she is doing.

Terrible service!! waitress I had Gracie was too busy talking about her son and the size clothes he wears in her dogs at every table. She never even brought me silverware, napkins, or anything we had to eat with our fingers and had to use a kids menu to wipe our hands off, and the check was sat down on the table before we even took our second bite of our platter. Never asked if we wanted any refills on our drinks. Never asked us anything. The manager Dan didn’t do anything to resolve the matter said he would mail me a gift card for the experience and never mailed anything. My daughter lost the AirPod that was never retrieve there as well the same night I would not recommend go to a different Location. “Owner gives me a link to communicate and the link isn’t even a real one or a functioning one. Way to help out a guest that was treated like dirt with kids in your restaurant. The WORST APPLEBEES BY FAR

Server forgot my side dish not once but twice took a long time to get drink refills

They should not even offer pick up services doesn’t matter if you do car side to go or try to pick up at the bar they’ll tell you A time and put that it’s ready online and you will still wait 45 minutes to get your food even though you know that it’s done somewhere but nobody seems to know where it is or how to get it to you

What a disaster this place is. Who can't make a Ceasars salad? This Applebees restaurant can't. Nor fries. The queso was good but there was foreign items in the chips. Server Lucy was higher than Georgia pine. I can't even leave as there are no servers in site to give me the check and haven't been for some time. Augh. But other than that, thumbs up!

I left my wallet in this place and realized it after two days…. I called the manager and assured me that it was being kept. He was so nice and helpful…. the staff are very pleasant as well. You will feel safe and secure in this place. I’m just visiting and I will always remember the good people in this particular Applebees… Thank you for your service and kindness. You guys went above and beyond my expectations

They had good food. Most of the time, I go with a friend and get the two for meal because it comes with an appetizer. The boneless wings are good.

Corey H. Was our server tonight and he was absolutely outstanding. Great service, a great sense of humor and very polite and keeps customers updated and up to pace on orders. Whatever you do, don't get rid of him. THANKS FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE
