What a great experience, Kristen, our waitress was personable and accommodating, kitchen forget the bacon on my sandwich, which was fixed prompt and with a discount 😀 great place for a quick bite to eat.

had a quick dinner with my friend tonight, paid, and left. as soon as we were about to drive away, our sweet waitress with a pretty strong southern accent came running towards our car to give me back my card that i forgot at the table. she was so sweet!!!!

They need to teach their Cooks how to cook a steak it either comes out like a hockey puck, or it has blood dripping from it definitely will not go back this has happened every time I went there

Food was horrible chips were stale ordered med rare steak it was well done. Supposed to be garlic green beans no garlic taste beans were so soft they were mushy service was horrible she didn't refill drinks or ask if we needed anything worse service ever

What disappoints me is when a manager of a restaurant gives eye contact and DO NOT SPEAK or anything. What if I was undercover going around critiquing local restaurants? They would receive F just off of that alone.
Over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Didn’t get my food and asked for a refund. I’m tired of this kind of stuff.

Rhia was our server and by far the best human and experience we've had at an Applebee's! We came at lunch time on a Saturday (so busy), she was so kind and helpful. Kept up with drinks and plenty of napkins! She helped others and just went above and beyond!
