All around horrible service. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food with only 2 people in front of me, got none of the olives, bell peppers or cucumbers that I paid for on my sandwich, and when I asked how long it was gonna take due to me needing to get back to work, I was ignored. When this firehouse opened it was one of my favorite places to eat, now I don't think ill be going back.

Italian sandwich tasted awful because of the sauce they use. Order was missing the side pickle. I ordered through door dash so I couldn't go back. Frustrating.

Employee put in my phone number wrong so I didn’t get my points on a 30+ dollar purchase. All 3 of my subs were made wrong and I can’t even officially complain because they didn’t give me a receipt.

The only two employees that were there when I was there for lunch were both working their butts off with the lobby full of people. Keeping a smile as well.
