The manager was extremely rude after I told her that I had cancelled my order the night before because I didn't realize they had already closed. She tried telling there was noway to cancel after ordering. Obviously I could but instead of giving me my refund they gave me my order but it was completely wrong. Maybe they were to busy making tik tok videos

I've only been to this location 2xs but both times the food was delicious and service was friendly. First time was a free med hook n ladder from T-Mobile which was awesome and made correctly. We ate in. The place was clean and tidy. Today 6/2/23 @1:17 pm I did a mobile order. The gentleman who prepared my order was so polite when I said I was a mobile order and made my sandwich and special requests perfectly. The sandwich was even done early and I only waited a couple minutes. It was sooo delicious. It was a double meat large NYSteamer with lettuce, onion, and banana pprs on the side. My husband, who is super picky, never had a NY steamer before and he said it was amazing as well. Thank you dude for today. I super appreciate it!!

The drink area could have been filled up and wiped down. The floor where the workers were walking around had the clear bags scattered around.. kind of made me nervous that one of them would slip and fall. Could have just walked in after a huge rush.. don't know. Just something I don't like seeing.
Went in there and very nice from the beginning. Food was amazing and honestly better than Jimmy John's and Subway's. The food was so amazing. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. This is a easy five star rating and I will be back soon!

This is definitely a batched order only location. The food seems to be correct, and the bags are well packed, but not once has an order been ready within a 5-min period of Ready Time, and often can exceed 10-min. The workers absolutely put online orders (delivery OR pickup) aside for anyone in store. Drinks have not been provided any of the times I have come, and workers blatantly turned away from me when I spoke to them.On one particular occasion, I came inside and asked about the order. They said it would be about 10 min, so I waited outside. They then made 3 walk in orders before closing the store 10 minutes early. The Ready Time was over a half order before closing, and the had not at any point begun preparing the order.Honestly, if you are able, avoid this merchant.

This location is terrible. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. My 2 sandwiches weren’t ready until almost 6:20. Get my order and one of my sandwiches was cold. Turns out they forgot to make my 2nd sandwich and just left the first one sitting there until the other was ready. The “manager” was no help. And they were not busy.

The manager and the one who rings you up really need to be trained and take a mangers course! Also can use some training on how to treat customers!!! Yep you can tell your in a trashy town called Alton!!! Managers please learn how to take care and talk to your customers right with a little respect! Or maybe go get a job at McDonald’s where they don’t care who they hire apparently that’s where you should be at from the get go!
