The coffee is great, my personal fave is chocolate covered strawberry! The staff is amazing and I’ve always had a great experience!
The Coffe was very good. Do give yourself plenty of time as they get quite busy and it takes a bit. Also make sure you check the prices as what is listed on. Their display board is not necessarily what you’re going to get charged and the difference can be several dollars.
Poor customer service the last several times at the East Alton location. Today my hot tea was barely luke warm at first sip. I have been going there for 2 years. Something has changed. I will not go back 😒

I have come twice and really enjoy the coffee. Service is always great, and employees are so friendly. However, the bathroom was horrifying. Loose toilet seat, and I am talking like fall off the toilet loose. Dirt, soot, and debris are all over the floor; it truly looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Dirty bathrooms are a heck no for me, and unfortunately, will keep me from coming back. Also a little disturbing were the cobwebs and dust all around the place, on counters, outlets, and shelves. Wouldn't eat food in that environment.
