Jalapeño sausage sandwich is absolutely amazing, and I'm loving the peppermint mocha as well! The young lady at the window was so friendly. Will 100% be back.

Worst experience ever!! Now i did have a few questions about how to get the carmel lotte sweet she said i should order the carmel mocha instead with extra drizzle now when she fixed it …it was fire coffee but it had got cold i told her ima go around to get it warm because someone pulled up i even gave her a tip now when i go around to get it warm the lady snatch my cup and said this is the last thing we will do for you today i said “well dont worry about it hun just give me my money back” “ she said great one second” and i left it at that very rude very ugly attitude and i would never treat a customer like that thats giving you their money and just had a couple questions i told the lady can charge me for whatever extra she used she said no its ok Nd for me to pull around and someone make a good day go to ahit in 5 secs is crazy on a snowy morning smh you slow anyway all you have time to do is help a customer smh

The Coffe was very good. Do give yourself plenty of time as they get quite busy and it takes a bit. Also make sure you check the prices as what is listed on. Their display board is not necessarily what you’re going to get charged and the difference can be several dollars.

For one I cannot wait until they open their new location. Every time I go in there the service is excellent. The coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. I've gotten so many of my co-workers addicted to The brewhouse now. I could not recommend it more. It is hands down the best coffee shop in Alton, Wood River or Godfrey.

Poor customer service the last several times at the East Alton location. Today my hot tea was barely luke warm at first sip. I have been going there for 2 years. Something has changed. I will not go back 😒

I have come twice and really enjoy the coffee. Service is always great, and employees are so friendly. However, the bathroom was horrifying. Loose toilet seat, and I am talking like fall off the toilet loose. Dirt, soot, and debris are all over the floor; it truly looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Dirty bathrooms are a heck no for me, and unfortunately, will keep me from coming back. Also a little disturbing were the cobwebs and dust all around the place, on counters, outlets, and shelves. Wouldn't eat food in that environment.
