Just WOW!!! We had the Traditional Gumbo and Pork Jambalaya today. FANTASTIC dishes both!!! We fell in love with the food in N.O. years ago and have been searching in IL for something even close. This place hits!!! 🔥🔥🔥 The pork Jambalaya had a pulled pork that was melt in your mouth, perfectly seasoned goodness.
