Customer service is terrible. This location is so outdated that it should be called "Junk in the Box." When ordering tacos, they come out cold as pre ooked and sat around. The menu board outside is falling apart. I know they stay busy and should be able to remodel. My question is, why the drab atmosphere?

I had order food then they missed a lot of my food so I came back Thur at the same time but was waiting in the like for 30 mins and then sat at the speaker for 15 mins before he said can I take your order and then I told him I am missing a lot of my food and then I asked him could I get my food replaced because every time I come to this jack in the box I’m waiting 30 mins or more just to eat he said he can replace the whole meal so I said can I just get my money back because now the food is cold so I can’t get fresh food or can’t get my money back ack I got cold food that I could not eat when I got home Jack in the box need to do better Customer service need to be fixed bc I am not satisfied with this Jack-in-the-Box once plenty more again.

Got a ultimatecheese burger meal last night the girl working the drive through was rude. I got my food the fries were cold.. the sandwich was a breakfast croissant that looked like someone had stepped on it.. I went back to get what I ordered and they replaced my food and I've been sick all night with whatever they gave me. The food inspector needs to make a visit here the current staff needs fired and this place needs a makeover. I will never go there again. On top of that the food is over priced .

Wheelchair accessibility: Em oyee parked in no parking zone beside the only handicapped spot when we entered today he came from behind the counter asked if I damaged his car. I told him "I thought about it" his reply was about damaging me. I said he was blocking the handicapped zone by being in a no parking area and should be glad I didn't neeed a wheelchair or I couldn't have exited my vehicle. Girlfriend and I both assured him it wasn't damaged so he went back to the register. Won't be back given his attitude and threatening manner rook pictures of how he parked then he charged for curly fries gave us reg when informed ALL diet drinks were empty instead of changing the syrup containers gave my diabetic GF her drink partially filled and by time we left still hadn't fixed that issue as others had to have their diet sodas filled behind the counter Won't give ANY stars for this location
Ridiculous.!OK, where do I start first I got my order. They forgot 3 of the items that was supposed to be included at it like they had it. They already packed it and I get Home. It's not there. I took a picture. The active rude, after the fact all I wanted was my missy items. I had to drive back just to get the food that they had owed me that they never gave me. I noticed the fries are cold and they give me regular fries instead of the curly fries that are with the offer. Ridiculous. Thanks, Jack in the box in Alton, Illinois.

Great location. Good food and service. They really go above and beyond. I ordered and then stepped outside for a conversation and it took longer than expected and they brought my food out to me. Such sweet people.
