Upper Alton store failed. Smashed bacon burger with no bacon. I ordered it with Grilled onions and mayonnaise. Nothing but Boss sauce on it.

Order a double cheese hamburger combo told her to leave the lettuce pickles onion off it. So when I got to the window I ask if it was going to have cheese on it she said no. Well I dont want two hamburger patties on a hamburger bun. The girl at the window says don't get smart with me and slammed the window in my face. Then when I got my food the fries were cold so was the hamburger. Why is it these people got to be rude?

Yesterday me and my mom went to Jack in the box and we waited for like an hour the Service was horrible our food was cold we. we well never go there again. The man said hang on a minute to take our order. So we waited and waited it was getting close to 5:00 o clock service was slow. Our food was really cold when we got it home like it was Frozen I nearly broke a tooth. When I took a bite. But we will never go there ever again.

My Girl Came Here On Her Lunch Break (45 minute lunch break) & they took over half of her break to get her her food. “Fast Food” is an overstatement for this place 👏🏻 if your trynna get food & get out quick DO NOT come here.. just go to Taco Bell bro. Trust.

This place is hit or miss, just like all the Jack in the boxes in our area. No matter what you order through the drive-thru, you'll be lucky if you get home with it. Better check your bag. It wasn't that great before COVID, but now, just like other fast food restaurants nobody cares about their job whatsoever. If you'll fill out an application, they'll take you. I can't really complain about the food, it is pretty good for what it is if you like Jack in the box, but just make sure you check your bag and your product to make sure you got what you paid for

Whoever they have working at does not know what theyre doing. Order said ready at 9:50 and waited in the drive thru for over an hour to get the food. There were 6-7 cars backed up to the street. And when you wait at their designated drive-thru waiting area, they tell you to go back to the drive-thru just to wait. Please have signs up posted saying drive-thru at night only.

I drove 30 minutes away to this location from St. Louis at about 1am. There was 2 cars infront of me, they took their orders then told me to hold, after waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker she tells me the system froze she can’t take my order. How is the system froze but you have to ring out the customers in front of me ? Very frustrating considering the time and how long it took me to get here.

Worst jack in the box on earth..ordered 2 tacos and some loaded fries in drive thru..no one in front of us took five minutes at the speaker before they even acknowledged we were there then we pull around and 20 more minutes for the 3 items we ordered..heres the cherry on top..they only put cheese on the bacon loaded froes nothing else and it was a dollop the size of a quarter...we will not go here ever again
