Worst jack in the box on earth..ordered 2 tacos and some loaded fries in drive thru..no one in front of us took five minutes at the speaker before they even acknowledged we were there then we pull around and 20 more minutes for the 3 items we ordered..heres the cherry on top..they only put cheese on the bacon loaded froes nothing else and it was a dollop the size of a quarter...we will not go here ever again

Tonight we ordered some tacos and a burger. The buns on the burger were extremely soggy, almost dripping. The tacos had so much hot sauce on them, the bag they were in was falling apart.

Went threw drive threw got a ultimate cheese burger meal it was 13.65 damn they went up gave the windo guy 23.70 got 9.00 back i told him I needed another 1$ back and he basically called me a lier so it was almost 15$ for a meal never going back there !

FYI the app no longer shows all the soda options if an establishment has the means for cherry coke it should be on the app as a selection. I also remember a time when you could place notes in the order if the selections are not fitting. I also remember a time when you could choose the type of ice. But no more & when I enquired at the speaker I was told to remind them at the window only to be told that they could not make the change & proceeded to hand me 2 different orders before handing me the soda in the flavor & with ice that I am allergic to. Fun times but I guess this is what service is reduced to for essential employees who are getting off work late and just trying to find a hot cheap meal on the way home.

This Jack n the box isn’t bad most of the time but the night crew is trash. Anything after 11pm is normally cold/old. My husband and I like more ranch than most people so we always try to let staff know when we order at the drive through how many ranch we want because we know they charge when you ask for more ranch than ‘normal’. Well tonight around midnight we tried to tell them how many we wanted when we ordered and before my husband could even get through his sentence 2 girls started yelling through the drive though at the same time “we’ll get your sauces at the window!” We got to the window and after the lady handed us our food we tried to tell her how many ranch we wanted and she shut the window in our face so my husband knocked on the window, the lady opened it up and said “I already put all your sauces in the bag!” My husband said okay but I want 6 ranch not 4 ranch and she said “FINE! But imma have to charge you for the extra 2!” We said “that’s why we tried to tell you when we ordered and you guys yelled at us!” She said “OKAY! You don’t gotta be so rude!” And then through the extra 2 ranch in the bag and through our bag at us and slammed the window like WE were in the wrong when she was clearly the one being dismissive and rude. Absolutely unnecessary and disrespectful. Someone definitely needs to be monitoring evening staff more closely.

Whoever works on night crew needs to be fired ! Whichever girl with the glasses and the little bun has a bad attitude ! And talks to folks rude this location acts like it’s a crime to make fresh food and even when we ask it’s still old and greasy .. customer service classes need to be taught ! Because everyone is not gonna sit up and be talked to crazy over food .. and unsatisfactory food at that !
