This Jack n the box isn’t bad most of the time but the night crew is trash. Anything after 11pm is normally cold/old. My husband and I like more ranch than most people so we always try to let staff know when we order at the drive through how many ranch we want because we know they charge when you ask for more ranch than ‘normal’. Well tonight around midnight we tried to tell them how many we wanted when we ordered and before my husband could even get through his sentence...
There was only 1 employee working it looked like so had to wait a little bit which is fine but when the food came the French fries were cold and so were a few of the tacos

The food is good, but I've been frustrated lately. I really loved the milk tea and boba, but the last *FOUR* times I've ordered it they've given me the coffee with boba instead, and I don't realize it until I've driven off and taken a sip. I kept hoping it was just a little error, but now I'm wondering if they're either giving the coffee instead of the tea rather than telling the customer the tea is sold out, OR that they have a ton of mislabeled...
