I want to say that me and my husband stopped in here for our anniversary. From the road It looked like a very small shop, we went in is a very nice large shop with plenty of seating. The pie was great and so was the lemonade. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back on another date night. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very sweet staff and even sweeter sweets!
What a great find! Rib special on the weekend is the best I’ve ever had. LOADED shrimp bisque. Desserts to die for! I recommend the Radical Cherry pie and fudge pie with ice cream. Friendly and efficient staff, fair prices. We’ll be going back soon.
Had lunch here on Saturday, I have to say that the service and food were excellent! Ordered the turkey club and what a sandwich! Yum! Then had no room for pie so got a slice to go. Caramel Apple pie, it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend eating here but order dessert FIRST!
We had a great lunch here after the first day of school with our kids. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the chef salad, chicken tortilla soup, and they wouldn't leave my taco salad special alone! We'll definitely be going back here, as it's a great place for kids and adults.

They’re known for their desserts (always pre-order dessert as soon as you arrive!), but their lunch food is also excellent. I got the vegan wrap (with eggplant, hummus, two kinds of squash, and red onion), the daily soup, and the homemade chips. All were super flavorful.
The views over the Mississippi River are also worth seeing.

A rarely order pie because it’s a disappointment compared to the pie we bake in our family. The pie here is legit, excellent, compliments to the baker baker pie maker. ????

I had the privilege to have lunch here today with a great friend. My friend filled me in on the backstory of the history of the establishment and what the original owner's family has had to endure over the past couple of years. I would just have to say "Wow" what a testament to what God can do in the midst of the storms of life and thank God for the bonds of family. The location was great. Its atmosphere, energy and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very intimate & comfortable. The staff was extremely personable & friendly. Food was on point!! I loved that I was able to sit & visit with my friend as well as get to meet the family that is part of the testimony/history of the restaurant. I love being able support local small businesses wherever I go. I only have a few suggestions: As I realized that it was just a soft opening so far, but coming from a Culinary background, I would suggest putting a "Seat Yourself" sign in front as you come into the restaurant if there isn't going to be a hostess to seat the guest, as well as a sign that let's the guests know that the menu is on the walls. Also maybe have some benches in the front for those that have to wait for a table to open up. Other than that...Awesome place.

First time there today. Absolutely wonderful. But unfortunately they'll be closing their doors on March 30th ?

They were busy busy and sold out of almost all pie and cake. That's how good theirs is. The owner is a beautiful soul and twin sister of the original owner. We only knew this because my son asked if she was the owner, and she let us know her story. This was an opening to the life of a hard-working woman who loved her sister and carried on her sisters beautiful little business.

Lunch was the special of the day. Chicken panini w/pesto/thin sliced tomatoe/cheese sandwich & side of spinach cheese soup, potato chips ranch seasoning & slicled pickle. Delicious! I did not have room for a piece of radical cherry pie or lemon pie or any desert:( Sure was tempting!!!! Next time.
Parking: Parking was close to the restaurant. Easy Peasy

Convenient location located in downtown Alton, plenty of parking was available along the street or in the lot. But let's talk about why you're heading here...the food! I enjoyed the daily special and a bowl of white chicken chili, both were amazing! And the desert selection was amazing! I had a slice of cheesecake, but three or four more selections caught my eye. Very friendly and engaging staff, even during a very busy lunch rush. I will definitely be back again!
