Little brunette girl with curly hair is always top notch! Walk in she greets you with a smile, coffee is correct every time, and the “cherry on top” there is always an uplifting/positive message written on the cup.

I want to love this place because it’s the closest Starbucks, but no matter what I get they always mess up the orders. Idk if they are too busy or short staffed, but every drink I get, their espresso shots have “died” tasting burnt, stale, and bitter, even when I order Ristretto shots. Shots can become unpalatable in under a minute once poured (when they lose their crema froth and their color darkens/ gets less golden) and so unless the shots are being poured directly into the drink’s water or milk they really need to shake a leg pouring the shots before the shots have the chance to oxidize and lose their flavor compounds, or get their equipment recalibrated. Going to take a break from this store awhile and hope the quality improves- Way too expensive to get something that doesn’t even taste good.

The store is never open when it says it is supposed to be. We( family and friends) have resorted to just going to the Collinsville location lol. The girls and guys at the Collinsville are way nicer and know how to consistently make drinks.

I have always enjoyed a good Starbucks in the morning. I was excited to see they finally opened one here in Alton. When they first opened, the employees were great. As time has gone on, the service has been lacking in quality and the male manager along with a few employees are somewhat rude and condescending. This is customer service people! If you don't like humans then quit and stop making fun of your paying customers. It's off putting and down right mean!

Wait was literally 20+ minutes and all I ordered was a pink drink through mobile, after patiently waiting the drink I received was of poor quality. The service was lacking severely. I used to love the employees a few months ago, they were fabulous and always spot on but this is not it, some of the current employees could work on their performance.

Absolutely amazing experience! Clean, inviting, McKenzie and unfortunately I didn’t get the other two ladies names made my evening! I just left sad occasion so I can use all the kindness I can get right now and all three of them delivered just that!!! Genuinely sweet ladies and can make a mean frappacino! ♥️

Sadly, under staffed. Looks like they closing up at 4:00 p.m. daily. Took a rather long time for two drink order. I think, like a lot or, or some other, location's, they aren't prioritizing orders when they come in...and the drive though gets preferential service. :(
