First off I’m a Starbucks person, for many years. Inside recently looking in the pastry cabinet, little bugs all over a pastry, told employee privately, nicely and discreetly, she told me oh we know, so yesterday 2 weeks later inside again checking the pastry cabinet little bugs on the k-pops!!! Come on Starbucks your way better than this!! Needless to say, I usually buy my drinks and K pops for my grandson there but lost me as a customer until this bug situation is taken care of, I really hope this situation is addressed and taken care of.

I have debated leaving this review but here I am because Starbucks you are no longer taking my money for inconsistency!! My drinks always taste different so much is to be desired with this in Alton location. I would correct the workers when my drink was wrong and they would fix it or give me a gift card very mindful!!! but my last interaction was oh I’m Sorry our machines are hand me downs and the expresso isn’t consistent and sometimes pours more water than it does other times. The workers are nasty nice and I feel if you tell them your drink is wrong they whisper to each-other like your not right there. I would say if your a coffee connoisseur do not I repeat do not come to this location or Starbucks in general. Just a let down.

I ordered a large cold brew with pumpkin cold foam and got one with a very scant amount of plain cream with no pumpkin flavor and no sweetness. I went through drive through so didn’t have chance to have it remade which was very disappointing. So check your drink if not going in.

Ordered my drink and she repeated everything back to me. Then proceeded to give me the completely wrong drink. I ordered hazelnut and this tastes like cinnamon I hate cinnamon. And I ordered cold foam. Paid extra for cold foam. And didn't get cold foam. $8 for a coffee I hate! All Starbucks do this, it's an employee issue. Not wasting money here again.

I accidentally ordered my drink hot instead of cold on the app so I couldn’t find it on the counter, the barista realized that I actually wanted it iced instead of hot and before I even noticed my mistake, she was remaking the drink for me!! I was taken aback by the kindness, she absolutely did not have to go out of her way to do that for me but I appreciate it so much! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but thank you SO much for doing that. You are a wonderful example of amazing customer service. ??❤️?

Great coffee and better staff. I goofed on the Starbucks app and when I got to the restaurant I couldn't find the transaction. She couldn't either. So she gave me the coffee that I paid for but couldn't find.

Never again. Went here once and it was fine. This time went again and my drink was made wrong, no outer sleeve was pit on my drink, so it was too hot to hold. On top of that the lid was not even put on correctly, so I ended up spilling all my money on myself and burning my hands.

I have visited this Starbucks for almost 7 months some time twice a day. I’ve had to go back and have them remake it plenty of times. My order total was always the same until the local city tax increased it a few cents (which is fine) but today I was told that I have to be charged $2 more for the exact same drink I’ve always gotten. I was told they hadn’t been ringing it up right. Well this is not the only Starbucks I go to. I order the same thing and the total is real close (off by a few cents due to city tax). I feel if your team hadn’t gotten it right in 7months why should you make the customer pay. That’s poor customer service! I guess all the stores are ringing it up wrong. I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. I believe they are just upset that I don’t settle. If it’s not right it has to be remade. They are too costly to toss cause the taste is off. It’s ok, I’ll drive further out for better customer service and quality. Don’t get me wrong it’s not every team member just a couple of the mangers. Specifically the one that was working this morning.
