Food was good and the 2 employees were nice. I've had issues, more than once, with the app when I've tried to order online. The manager on duty, which was not there, said they couldn't accommodate me with the BOGO for a dollar which was on the app. I will not go back. Customer service is non existent at this location. Do not recommend this location.

The sub sandwich was delicious. The only thing bad was that there was only one person working and it was crowded which made our wait to long It should at least be two people working at all times.

Just picked up an online order for my wife. Returned home, and there was literal feces on the bread of the sandwich. Called the store and the manager was incredibly rude, and hung up before eventually calling me back. Would not recommend eating here.

line took FOREVER got there at 3:50 didn’t get my food done and gave to me till 4:20 the 2 workers were arguing and 1 left. it was only one person doing food and he had a attitude and was slow. I will not be coming back to this location

The young lady working was really nice, made the sub quickly. I just gave a 3 star because it blows my mind that it costs $18 for a footlong sub now. Incredibly, that is $9 for a 6 inch sub.

I understand working somewhere you don't want to be but when I'm trying to make small talk and be nice myself to people who obviously don't want to be there. I won't be back. Everyone who works here is like this. I get it. Work sucks I work at a grocery store so I understand. I just will not be back to spend 20 bucks on a sandwich. That's simply unacceptable. I get people are in a bad way right now things are tough. Please don't treat others this way. It's ridiculous. Just please in the future understand work sucks it's not everyone's fault.

This restaurant is consistently under staffed. The last straw for us is when they stopped accepting cash payment. Not everyone has plastic or phone payment options, and those of us that do would prefer to not use it on fast food! Jack in the box is right next door.
