the least efficient Taco Bell i have ever been to. I just waited 20 mins with no one in front of me and this happens just about everytime. Why can they not get it together but every other Taco Bell does fine?

Its the better of the two in alton, barely. Ive ordered sour cream on my mexican pizza for the past 20 years, one day they might actually put it on. But they seem to try to make up for it in the 100 sauce packets I dont want.

Got home and every single thing I ordered was made wrong and barley had any ingredients in them, it was basically a Crunchwrap with just the hard shell and cheese, the manager over the phone was disrespectful as well hanging up on me when I tried to call and complain because the workers there have no clue what they’re doing

You guys are the late night MVP getting SLAMMED at 1:30 am because the other Alton Taco Bell doesn’t know how to stay open y’all deserve a gift card or something for putting in all the work
I went through the drive-thru on 10/31/25 at 1:47 am and was greeted by a woman and a man. The woman quickly explained that a few items were out of stock, which was fine with me. I planned to order three Doritos Tacos, one with a freebie coupon, which I mentioned at the speaker. I understood that my order might be a bit complicated and was told I couldn’t add a condiment to the freebie item, which I accepted. However, when I reached the window, the same woman who initially spoke to me had to get help to apply my coupon, so I had to wait. Then, when I pulled out my money to pay, she looked at the amount I had and said it “looks like I have enough for a tip tonight.” While I’ve tipped before, it felt unprofessional for her to ask since she didn’t take my order or prepare my food—she just handed me my bag, and I had to ask her for sauce and napkins.

working for a company in dealing with food handle with Care making sure that there's no defaults of any items getting into your food, always wear gloves always be good customer service to the customers.... , well the day I stopped by Taco bell , getting the happy hour special ,... young teens adults working still in school .... needed of training, I know there are cameras .... why are the employees are vaping in the kitchen area where the food supposed to be, handle customer food ... do not buy your food .... speak with a manager cause ) you're not doing your job as well making sure you're employees are doing their job well,.... it's true sadly ) order online tablet .... nooooo one came to assist Mee , Saw I was watching them employees talking and not doing their job ,Drive-thru ..line of cars, Sooo I've came in order .... thank you
