I stopped at the Alton Taco Bell this morning to order breakfast as I do most mornings. Upon approaching the drive thru, I was informed that this location has discontinued their breakfast menu. I cannot adequately express my disappointment in this development. Despite the fact that this location is mere seconds from my home and the fact that I eat there multiple times a week, I will no longer patronize this business and will go out of my way to go to a different location. I encourage those of you who are also upset about this change to also refrain from giving this location your business.

Make you wait either behind the window or in front of it so they can keep their "time at window" down. Don't want the censors to read that someone has been there for more than two minutes. Wife also got very bad food poisoning. Was in bed all day throwing up.

Signs say open till 3am, pulled into drive thru at 2:30 and they said closed. Unfortunate service from this location. Usually food takes forever and overloaded with lettuce. Taking my Border Runs to Bethalto location

Before you head 4 the Taco Bell, located on Homer Adams Pkwy., I would call them 1st too make sure they will still be taking orders by the time that you arrive. My order was placed by the time of my arrival lastnight but they were still resilient 2 make my food!!!

This location has been going downhill for awhile, but it's lost all appeal because of how awful the experience is.

Used to be the best taco bell in the area. Now it's awful. Takes forever to get food, the food isn't ever right, they forget the sauces and straws, there is no employee with good customer service and they make everyone wait to "pull up" to make their times look better. Nothing about this local is convenient or "fast". Then you get home after waiting for 45 minutes for food to be missing food, sauces and straws.

Accurately advertised hours. Food before midnight is well above average for Taco Bells in general. Friendly service.

Lovely lady running the drive thru was super pleasant. Food was great this evening. 12/21.
Afternoon crew on drive thru never gets my order correct something either isn’t made right or quantities are not correct. Night shift is rude and disrespectful never gets anything on my order correct and doesn’t do their job properly
