This is the third time I've had this same problem. This was an app order. Foot long roast beef, extra meat and extra cheese, a variety of veggies. Pick up: Subway staff, we don't have an order for (name). Me, Well I was charged for it. SS: can you prove it?. Me, opens the app. SS, we can't accept that. Do you have a bank statement saying you were actually charged? Me, opens bank app shows purchase. SS did ya get a confirmation email? Me, whatever today. tried using the app, but it wouldn’t work. Tried calling over 7 times so I could order my 5 subs, but no one would answer the phone. Was not impressed with the way the girl treated me when I came in!! She told me I should have just called or order on the app!!! Also when finally got home and opened the sandwiches they didn’t have hardly any veggies and the cheese was wrong!!! Paid for extra meat and cheese on all but didn’t receive extra cheese or meat on some.

Staff is quick and friendly, however a sandwich and a drink should NEVER cost over 10 bucks, especially when I DON'T get my sandwich toasted and the bread is still hard as a brick, they obviously keep bread over several days, which makes me wonder how long they keep their other ingredients
