I love Philly steaks and couldn't wait to try the new offering the sauce they put all over it was revolting. Three bites and I threw it in the bag and the trash. There wasn't that much meat to it. I will never be ordering it again with that sauce 😔

I ordered the 2 for 7$. The beef and cheddar and the fish and cheddar sandwich. I ordered my food to go. When I got home I realized there was no cheese on my beef and cheddar sandwich so I drove back to Arby’s and told one of the managers/ lead shift that I did not get any cheese on my beef and cheddar sandwiche and the lady manger told me my beef and cheddar doesn’t come with cheese and if I want cheese I have to pay extra…

I responded with it’s a beef and cheddar sandwich how does it now come with cheese. Long story short I had a terrible experience and felt like I got ripped off and there was nothing I could do. Not only did I waste my time and gas but I had to eat a cold sandwich after that. Beware of these people at this Arby’s!

I came into Arby's this evening at 7:29 p.m. February 16th, 2025, to pick up a GrubHub order. The lady manager on duty was nice and courteous, but when I requested a plastic bag to cover the customer's food because of the snow and wetness on the ground. (95% of oir deliveries are drop-offs, not handoffs. Where we leave the food at their front door and I explained this to her.) Anyway, after I asked her for the plastic bag, she gave me a loud and hearty" NOPE, we don't put food in plastic bags unless the customer specifically asks for it." Which is an insanely ridiculous notion and a lie. It is the number one complaint against drivers when people go to pick up their paper bag and the food falls through the bottom. This isn't rocket science. This isn't an expenditure above and beyond basic customer service. So, not to provide this minimal and common courtesy the customer is entitled to is categorically unacceptable. I expect on my next visit and every visit to be provided with a plastic bag to protect my customers' food. I shouldn't have to take this to Arby's corporate or Arby's regional director. It's a plastic bag for Christ's sake. I can't even believe I had to write this review. It's just a totally unjustifiable insane and unacceptable disregard for the customer.

Worst service ever it seems like the people that work at this Arby’s don’t realize they are in business because of the customers skip this Arby’s hopefully they get better management to put the customers first

I am appaled at Sharie! She refused an upcharge on the swiss for a beef and cheddar. I get charged despite her telling me I was not charged. And I found a piece of red hair in my food. Disgusting.

Went through the drive-through asked for hot fries they came medium warm at best ate my fries drove several miles away, drank my shake looked for my Arby’s sauce when I went to eat my sandwich when I was almost at work and there was no Arby’s sauce so I came back three hours later with the cold sandwich with no Arby sauce and asked the The woman behind the counter who I’m pretty sure it was the manager. She said it was her store started raising her voice asking me for my receipt and telling me we don’t put Arby sauce on the sandwich. She clearly didn’t listen and elevated her voice and did not appreciate that I paid for this sandwich with no Arby’s sauce In the bag and thought she would just give me another one since I took the time to drive all the way back and was still hungry. Walked out of the store because she told me I had to wait for the next customer that she already had taken care of the other Customer also started saying stuff to me and made a big scene in the store. So I walked out of the store. No sandwich no money back and very aggravated. I will never go back to Antioch Arby’s places terrible
