Had their new Pub burger. It tasted very good, but was a luke warm burger at best, with unmelted cheese on a cold onion bun. I asked to have it nuked, but they would not do that. However, they could make another burger for me. I wasn't going to waste the burger. I just ate the luke warm, unmelted cheese, pub burger. I'm very disappointed! I have never had a luke warm burger from Culvers, ever!! I'm never going to order that burger again.

Haven't had/been there in so long. It's been like 6 or 7 years. Possibly like 2018 or 2019. Customer Service went well, Concrete Mixer is so good, Restaurant is cleanliness even the floors and I will be returning! Good job Culvers in Antioch! ❤️

Omg did I ever just get ripped off. Through the drive through. I asked the girl how much med chili was, she said $3.99. I asked how much fish was she said $5. But they charged me $16.19 ?? Isn’t that the value meal price? So I received no sides to this just the price for it. On the value meal, I would have had 2 sides and only a $1.50 up charge for chili. Yet, they weren’t smart enough to charge me like that. 🙄. The fish was fine, the chili tasted like salt. Of course I can’t say on the sides.

Matt bought dinner cause we worked late and he drove me home so we could take F250 to Waukegan Tire on Washington St in Waukegan il. We dropped it off cause rear brake lights were staying on. Matt was getting truck serviced, right rear brake also check battery cause Josh couldn't get truck jumped started.
Food is solid but very overpriced, service is very slow for this type of place. There are better options

Ordered 2 concrete mixers through the drive through drove to the parking lot across the street to eat it and both were completely melted. This is not the first time either. Their drive through works for hot food but the ice cream part always suffers.

terrible food preperation, ordered Alaskan cod 2 pc mahsed potatos, green beans, 2nd order pot roast dinner, mashed potatos and broccoli.when eating the meals my food and my wifes meal was cold inside, like freezing cold, she took it back to the counter and they said they would make good, brought it back to our table and it was a bit warmer but not hot. complained once again and was tired and hungry so we ate what we could and threw the rest in the trash. Manager did offer 2 chips for a free desert. when moving out of the booth the back pad was broken and caught my right back pocket and tore it from rhe pants, manager put the pad back on and said there was nothing they could do so instead of arguing with him we just left and will never go back.
