Passing through stopped at this Culver’s and was very impressed with the prompt, courteous service received through the drive-through and met with a nice smile. You don’t see this much anymore & is worth mentioning when do. I think her name read Grace, which suits her perfectly! Thank you for such a great employee and quality food.

Bad customer service. Won’t return to this location. Had an issue with my order through the drive thru so I called and whoever answered the phone insisted she was right and I was wrong when I brought it to her attention. She said she did it the way it was ordered but when I ate it I promise it was incorrect. But nope, the lady I talked to on the phone was rude and made me feel like I was too demanding and now I won’t return. I felt very unwelcome after the phone call. Avoid this location at all costs. I feel like I wasted my money. Nothing was offered to correct it either. Smh. Shame really because it’s so close to home. I guess I’ll be finding a different location.

It was still delicious, because everything at Culver's is always delicious. I'm sure I could have taken it back to the counter and they would have corrected the error; but, I figured there was no point, it still tasted good and everyone makes mistakes. 🤷♂️
