I am making this as not sure where to turn now. Placed an “app” pick up order on July 9, 2022. Had some special instructions for the Giant #8 sub including paying extra for extra cheese on Rosemary Parm bread. Got home and the sandwich was missing the turkey, wrong bread, no one paid attention to the extra instructions (pickles and olives on same half), one (1) slice of bacon on the whole sandwich and no cheese. While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!
