We have gotten a #9 for years, always good, consistent quality. Today it was just bad. Lettuce wasn't fresh, WAY too much mayo, sandwich was poorly constructed. Honestly, it was a real disappointment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
I ordered delivery at 11:07AM, it currently is 12:13PM I still have no food. I called at 11:45AM to get an update and they said the driver just left, and that it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later still no order.
I LIVE 1.3 MILES AWAY (5 minutes)

I called to see if they serviced my area and they left me in hold for over 20 mins. I stayed on phone to see if they’d come back on, but had to hang up. We took our business to Jersey Mikes!

I live about two miles from the Antioch location and put in for a delivery. Driver texted me saying he was there so I told him to leave it at my door, then he said that it was delivered. Never ended up being delivered to my house. I will never order delivery from this location again.

Horrible delivery service in the evening. I put my address in and live about two miles from the store and my food was never delivered to my house. The delivery driver even texted me saying he dropped it off. Never getting delivery here again.

Duuuude please tell me why every single time I get food here, it’s wrong. If you order delivery, it will be wrong. If you go in, they will straight up substitute things without asking even though you’re standing RIGHT THERE. I don’t get it.

Edit: I tried to order delivery again, and guess what? WRONG! Every. Single. Time.

Just horrible. The staff can't get an order right to save their lives. An online order that is all written out for you and all of it is completely wrong. The sandwiches were soggy, missing items, not cut in half and extras that we paid for were missing.
Called but can never speak with a manager. We want our money back since all of this went into the garbage.

Ordered at 9:50 online. Took order and my money. Five minutes later I get a call that they shut their ovens off at 9:45pm. They will issue a credit to my card. No offer for a future purchase, just a screw you, we are closing early. Will never order from Jimmy John's in Antioch il again.

They messed up my order..again. I called the store and I was told the manager would call me back. It's been over a week now and I have called several times and the manager still will not speak to me or give me a refund!

Terrible cashier! She said she undercharged me and then tried to overcharge me. She made a scene like I was at fault. This place has no management. All the employees and customers were listening. Typical American style, nobody cares!

Making a sandwich at Jimmy John’s, is like taking a test with the answers right in front of you. How a sandwich gets messed up I have no idea. This location in particular has been a continual problem without reasonable resolution.

Rude employees. Delivery takes over an hour and when I called to check on the status of the order the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. She told me the order was on it’s way and they were busy. 20 minutes later a JJ delivery girl walked into my place of work and tossed the food at my coworker before walking out without saying anything. Every time I have to call to check on my order they are rude. I called corporate to let them know and was told if this is true then I need to go online to complain.. I didn’t want to do that I just want to order food and have it delivered. Well here you go JJ. Here is my online complaint. I will be going to Subway or Jersey Mikes instead moving forward. Better service and better food.

I eat from two other locations regularly and stopped by this one because I was next door. The food tasted off. Either the mayonnaise or cheese made it completely off-putting. Walked in and the young lady behind the counter had to get off her cell phone to help us. Never greeted us, just stared at me until I ordered. I have also never received so little meat on my sandwich. With so many food options nearby, we will be skipping this jj location.
