Had a mix up through the drive thru and didn’t see the mistake till I got home. Got tenders instead of the spicy chicken. Notified them and they said come back at a later time and they will get me the original spicy chicken order. Went back a week later and Marcus corrected the order and threw in 8 hot fresh biscuits!!

This place is awesome. I came here for my family a few weeks ago and the chicken wasn’t up to par, so my wife decided to call and let them know. She spoke with a manager and they apologized for the inconvenience and asked what her name was so that she can have another ordered replaced. We didn’t think anything of it and thought yeah whatever. I came back to Popeyes today and for shits and giggles decided to give our name and see if they would honor what was told to my wife. The General Manager Mark just happened to be there and assisted me. He looked through the book dated all the way back to December, found our name and the note that was put in the book and gave me whole new order like promised! Thanks Mark

The Antioch location is always quick and great service staff! The manager Marcus I believe is his name is such a kind hard worker! Was left short staffed and had to do it all with one helper ! He stepped up like a manager should and did an awesome job!

Had to wait 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and fries today it was unbelievable. While waiting a worker decided to mop while everyone else in the kitchen was trying to complete orders and a rinsed the mop out right next to me. An apology was not offered either. Very frustrating.

My order was missing something. I contacted them and talk with Marcus. I returned the next day and Marcus went over and beyond to correct the mistake. By the way, the chicken was so crispy, hot, and delicious!
