Based on the reviews, this Taco Bell / Pizza Hut location has several issues. The employees at the drive thru window are quite rude and are often unable to tell customers what is on their own menu. The restaurant forces customers to use a kiosk or app to order, which is considered very stupid, and they have removed the menu from behind the counter. Orders made through the kiosk are often incorrect. For example, a Mexican pizza with extra cheese did not have the add-on, easy pizza sauce was not applied, no tomato was ignored, and easy beans were not followed. Tacos came with more lettuce than meat and cheese. The staff does not acknowledge customers when they walk in. The restaurant also no longer hands out salt packets, which customers want back. Fire sauce is often shorted, even when customers ask for four packets per item. The atmosphere is not liked because of the forced credit card machine use. The manager lady was nice, but the rest of the process is considered crap. One reviewer will stick to the location in Lindenhurst.
