Worst customer service ever. I had a coupon that they couldn't scan. I suggested to enter the number manually as the cashier couldn't think of that on her own. She still couldn't do it, so she just walked away. No 'sorry'. No manager in sight. Totally incompetent employees. Also, told another staff that women's bathroom had no toilet paper. She didn't care either.

Went to Dunkin on a Friday afternoon and I was SO disappointed they had ran out of all their donuts / munchkins ... aside from I was basically talking to myself on the drive-through. I recommend walking inside. I however bought my coffee still but had to throw it out since it tasted kinda funny, not what I ordered. Hopefully the service improves

I came there yesterday to get some ice cream and I asked for a warm cookie sundae and literally none of the employees knew how to make it so they just winged it and once i sat down to eat it the cookies were hard as a rock and not even the ice cream could moisten them and it was just gross

The customer service is absolutely horrible here. I went there twice today, because I am staying at the hotel next door. They did not greet me when I came in the door, as a matter of fact, they did not even look into my direction to acknowledge me until they were ready to help me.. which took about 5mins.
Every time we go to this Dunkin they dont repeat the order back to us. We're not given a total until we get to the window. And this time they burnt my croissant. Next time I'll go to Starbucks.

Went thru the drive thru at 5 am and the indian lady that made my egg, cheese & sausage muffin sneezed 2x right on my food. Then she wrapped it and gave it to me. Didn't even cover her mouth. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Was in a hurry to get to work so I didn't confront her at the time. Plan on calling the manager later this morning. Never going here again.

Where customers service, slow service. Went there in the evening, no one in Drive thru and they still took forever and got my order wrong
