Nice chill place to hang out and watch a good show! Weekdays are a more chill environment ( that I prefer ) weekends are a bit more energy.
Always fun!
I really really liked this place. The food was great good. Mashed potatoes lime my mom made(and she made food mashed potatoes:) The steak kabobs were amazing. Tender and perfectly cooked. The drinks were both generous and flavorful at prices that beat the local area(same for the food real value).
Amazing time with the piano player. Am I using AMAZING to much...well, for me was the best night In a week of Chicago area including a Michelin mention downtown (for me this was better and honestly maybe 1/4 of the price).
Will be back next time I am in town.
Fantastic place to spend your night! Classy, cozy, & dim lit! Perfect old school piano bar Lucas is fantastic on keys! Great crowd work, banter, voice, and knows all the songs we requested! Our waitress was incredible as well and made the best martinis and her service was above and beyond! 10/10 try Big Shots Piano Bar! Great food too btw
Absolutely immaculate vibes and good drinks to go with!
Elisa Carlson was amazing!
Lucas is the absolute best, incredible music and vibes. We WILL be returning
We usually love coming here, but I found a piece of glass in my mouth while drinking my water. We weren’t sure if it came from the glass or the ice. Our server brushed it off and nothing was done… We are disappointed…
Alfresco was Dark, server was not welcoming , actually rude…so we got up and left.
Salvaged the evening by going to Hey Nonna
Fun place to go to if you ware celebrating a birthday
Fun atmosphere and great music. Definitely gets loud near the piano but you are at a piano bar 😀. Nice cocktail menu

We sat down outside for the music in the park last night. Service was brutal. Took 30 minutes to get a couple glasses of wine. Took 45 minutes to get a couple glasses of water. 1 hour to get a flatbread. Everyone around us had the same experience.
We loved the entertainment (Jen Porter) but the service and food was terrible. We felt bad for the servers. They had NO back up help and were slammed with customers. From the moment we walked in and had to put our own tables together (even with a reservation) to not getting water (asked a few times), no silverware (we had to walk into the kitchen ourselves to get some), even getting ketchup was difficult (asked at the bar and got an almost empty bottle for 5 people), food took an hour to arrive (ordered at 8:30) and it was all cheeseburgers --medium--they all came VERY well done....it was a nightmare. The excuse was that 'we're really slammed tonight'. You didn't know on a Thursday with the concert literally across the street you'd be busy? Manager wasn't there or we would have complained in person. We'd think twice about going back.
Rice was such a great server. She really made a good experience as we watched our favorite band playing in the park
Calling out songs. Singing along. Tipping. Decent bar food and great drinks. What’s not to like? This is a really fun time.
Great food, great music, great atmosphere, awesome people to hang with
