Alfresco was Dark, server was not welcoming , actually rude…so we got up and left.
Salvaged the evening by going to Hey Nonna
Fun place to go to if you ware celebrating a birthday
Fun atmosphere and great music. Definitely gets loud near the piano but you are at a piano bar 😀. Nice cocktail menu
We sat down outside for the music in the park last night. Service was brutal. Took 30 minutes to get a couple glasses of wine. Took 45 minutes to get a couple glasses of water. 1 hour to get a flatbread. Everyone around us had the same experience.
We loved the entertainment (Jen Porter) but the service and food was terrible. We felt bad for the servers. They had NO back up help and were slammed with customers. From the moment we walked in and had to put our own tables together (even with a reservation) to not getting water (asked a few times), no silverware (we had to walk into the kitchen ourselves to get some), even getting ketchup was difficult (asked at the bar and got an almost empty bottle for 5 people), food took an hour to arrive (ordered at 8:30) and it was all cheeseburgers --medium--they all came VERY well done....it was a nightmare. The excuse was that 'we're really slammed tonight'. You didn't know on a Thursday with the concert literally across the street you'd be busy? Manager wasn't there or we would have complained in person. We'd think twice about going back.
Rice was such a great server. She really made a good experience as we watched our favorite band playing in the park
Calling out songs. Singing along. Tipping. Decent bar food and great drinks. What’s not to like? This is a really fun time.
Great food, great music, great atmosphere, awesome people to hang with
I’m a very picky eater, but this restaurant gave me a good variety of foods to choose from. I loved the vibes and the pianist, the place was gorgeous, with an aesthetically pleasing theme and was clean. The guy who gave us a table was the mvp for tonight! He was very kind and sweet to me and my family. Shout out to you Jayden :)
The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because I’ve been to worse places.
Almost everything was disappointing:
Cocktails were extremely watered down. After six drinks, I felt less of a buzz than I usually do after just two or three elsewhere. I doubt there was more than an ounce of alcohol in each one.
Food was laughably bad. Think fast food quality—thin tuna slices, mashed potatoes that tasted like they came from a packet, and steaks that were either overcooked or rubbery. I sent one back asking for medium rare and got something barely edible in return.
Entertainment didn’t help. The pianist lady played well, but her voice was painfully weak and breathless. It bordered on awkward.
In short, it’s a decent place if your standards are very low and you're just there to say you went out. Otherwise, skip it.

This place is located underground, perfect place to have fun and enjoy the piano music and drinks.
Super fun and moody basement energy
Have been coming here since my wife and I moved here about 6 months ago. Drinks are very good, food is awesome, and the service is always amazing as well (Arielle is the best)! Fun atmosphere every time
