Buffets near Arlington Heights

“Recently dined here . First plate my sister put food on and returned to the table had a bug. Showed the hostess who took the bug and said problem solved. Reached out to the manager who wasn’t concerned. Said that in some cultures that people eat bugs. Not funny. Contacted the corporate office and didn’t seem concerned. I will dine at other locations but not Arlington Heights location.“

“I would like to Express customer service was a must there so polite so welcoming the restaurant itself was very clean everything by the different foods desserts was very clean the tables that I set up was very clean the waiter that took care of me was very very professional in his way of sharing his thoughts about having more food coffee anything else you need please don't hesitate to ask me I'm right here for to serve you but on top of that if you're very hungry and you would like to have a different variety of food that catches your craving come to the Golden corral buffet my experience there was excellent and I believe that once you walk in the door and see the whole environment you will feel comfortable eating and enjoying your food a wonderful place to have your family friends come and stay and talk and just have a good meal thank you again Golden corral for your professional service“
