Never going to go to this location ever again. They have plastic bags inside the containers with hot food inside them which causes plastic particles and chemicals in the food. When I asked why there is plastic bags on top of the stainless steel containers with hot food in them, the worker said, "its easier for us to clean up at night", then she proceeded to say, "these bags are what the chicken come in before its cooked" Easier doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. As she was scooping my 5 pieces of chicken the spoon ripped the bag. Chipotle needs to close this location down, no improvement from the location on rand.

We tried this location thinking that because it is new that it might be cleaner inside than our typical location. We were WRONG!! ITS FILTHY IN THERE. The tables and floors are covered in food and the beverage station had overflowing ice trickling over the floor. The beverage containers were empty as well. Why don't they have any staff cleaning the front of house???? It's gross!!!! Clean it up for your guests.... PLEASE!!

Disgusting! Entire place is ALWAYS nasty and dirty. Overheard a conversation with the manager and another employee talking about how they don’t get paid enough. Like bro, look around you. Garbage cans overflowing, food station is a HOT mess, tables are beyond disgusting.. what are you actually complaining about?! You clearly don’t do your job and have the nerve to complain. Crazy! Skip this location entirely! Threw away my burrito!

Odd that nothing changes, it just keeps getting worse. No one has checked on this place in upper management to verify if the bad reviews are true. They can't say they don't know, I actually took the time to complain to corporate and went through their tedious complaint process for over 2.5 hrs. At this point I don't blame the staff or manager, they aren't being made to change so why would they. They get the same pay if they're good or bad, it's obvious. So keep watching as this place slowly burns ?
