I picked up the order for family and found that there were missing items. Additionally, I noticed that the vegetables didn't seem to be washed or rinsed, the labels were still on them. Moreover, they should check and clean the restroom often, it was dirty and messy.

Odd that nothing changes, it just keeps getting worse. No one has checked on this place in upper management to verify if the bad reviews are true. They can't say they don't know, I actually took the time to complain to corporate and went through their tedious complaint process for over 2.5 hrs. At this point I don't blame the staff or manager, they aren't being made to change so why would they. They get the same pay if they're good or bad, it's obvious. How can a new store be such a dump? Dirty drink machines and garbage overflowing in the cans. And pick a radio station. The dining room music is being overplayed withe music coming out of the kitchen. It sounds like static.I posted this review on Monday. Chipolte's response was to contact the company via website. I am not here to try and improve your disgusting store. I wrote a review based on my experience. Fix your own mess!
