Doesn't give the orders on time
There are always issue when placing a mobile order. If you go inside you wait at least 20 mins before getting your food. Once I watched at least 15 customers come in line and be served while I waited 20 mins past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I asked if could go in line and was told I wasn’t allowed to, awful experience! If you go through the drive thru that’s also a mess, takes forever to get your food and orders are consistently wrong.
