Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Arlington Heights

The food was amazing. We all got either filet mignon, or the medallions. We were celebrating a birthday. The waitress was very nice, but unfortunately the service was really bad. It took us two and a half hours to get out, which meant we couldn't have birthday cake at homein the evening because it was just too late. Throughout the night, we sat waiting and waiting. I ordered the trio and she brought me the special.Instead, which meant I didn't get to eat with my family.I had to eat when they were all done eating. She forgot to give me my membership card back. When I went to pick up my bottles, one was taken off during dinner, even though we didn't open a bottle during dinner. Had I not caught that right away, they may not have believed me, weeks from now, and I would have been jipped out of a bottle that I paid for. And the whole reason we dined there was because we had some free meals from another location when they double charged my debit card and could not clear the situation for weeks. In fact, when I dealt with that situation, the manager was extremely nice and I kept saying it's okay. It will get resolved, and he felt so bad. And this was because of that other waitress being in a rush to get out and double chargng my card. It's obvious that finding good help is becoming difficult for Coopers Hawk. I love the food and all of that, but I literally don't have an interest to go anymore.Because i'm tired of dealing with such bad service. I will have to make steak at home or something. I know times are hard, but they need to focus on the service because if they want to present themselves as some high end experience, you need to actually provide high end experience. And i've been a member for a long time, and i've watched it degrade. I have put my membership on hold. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience we had! Breanna was great! Front counter for check in made us feel like family and we felt so good with the overall atmosphere!!! Kudos to you all!!!

Cooper's Hawk is always a great experience. The food is delicious, great customer service, and the wine is so good!

The food was outstanding. We share a crunchy shrimp appetizer. For dinner we ordered Dana's Chicken, 8 oz Filet, and Short Ribs. They all were delicious! Our server Lucas was helpful, attentive, and friendly. He also did not rush us, which we appreciated. All four of has has a great time.

We love Cooper's Hawk and the Arlington Heights location is our favorite, even though it's not the closest. This wasn't our best experience. My fiancé asked to have his filet butterflied and cooked to medium. When it arrived, it wasn't butterflied and it was cooked to rare. She took it back and came back with a butterflied filet, but this time it was well done. He didn't even eat most of it. And my favorite dish is the braised short rib risotto, which I order often. This time there was barely any meat in it. There were mostly only large pieces of mushrooms. I'd say it had may ONE ounce of short rib in it. I know costs are high but this isn't the way to cut back. So, that was very disappointing. Our third party member had the braised short rib entree. It was great and he enjoyed it very much. The flatbread appetizer and soups were very good and so were the two desserts we ordered; key lime pie and chocolate toffee pie. This experience will not, by any means, deter us from going back. But, it just wasn't the great meal we normally experience.

Our server Brianna was superb! Given that it was Easter Sunday and the restaurant was packed, she didn't miss a beat taking care of our party of four. Our dinners were perfect. Also, congratulations to the two ladies at the reception desk. They were very helpful and attentive which was exceptional given how crowded the restaurant was. I'm just sorry I didn't get their names. Everyone at CH deserves praise for cheerfully and expertly managing the day.

Went here for Thanksgiving brunch. The staff is so nice and the food was great. There was a T-Day menu to order from, or just off the everyday menu l. My party did both and everyone was happy

My friend was telling me about this place so many times and we finally had a chance to go there and try their wine and food. I ended up buying bunch of wine bottles & food was great so I will be back for sure.

My fiancee and I came for dinner today and we had the most amazing woman as our server. The food was delicious and Agata (our server) was extremely kind and informative the whole night. The next time we're in town again we plan on coming to see her again!
