Got really disappointed today when we dined in and got our check . I noticed a tax of almost $22 for N/A beverage ( I’m guessing non alcoholic). This is what we all got . Not everyone drinks alcohol. And we got a “penalty “ for not ordering alcohol??? A regular pop or lemonade ended up costing us $11 each . I really wanted to deduct that tax from the tip but my husband didn’t let me . Not looking forward to go back anymore .

Busy place. My sister-in-law is a member and she brought me there for a tasting and dinner. Everything was wonderful.

I'm absolutely obsessed with the Cooper's Hawk location in Arlington Heights - it's hands-down my favorite! The food is consistently great, but the service truly sets this place apart.
We had the pleasure of being helped by Adrianna at the tasting bar, and she was absolutely spectacular! Warm, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, Adrianna made our experience unforgettable.
Another standout team member is Mara, the hostess with the mostest! She's been a fixture at this location for a while, and her warmth and welcoming nature make every interaction a delight.
If you haven't been to Cooper's Hawk in Arlington Heights yet, do yourself a favor and get there ASAP!

(No wine review) My partner and I went here on a Wednesday night for dinner, and it was packed! I have never seen a restaurant this busy every day of the week. We were immediately greeted by a mini store before walking up to the host upfront which asked us if there was a special event, and then got asked that same question another two times by different employees after that which I thought was funny haha. Besides it being full, there was no wait time to be seated. I loved the wooden atmosphere and chandeliers and the stone walls, definitely gave it a cozy, cellar type of vibe which assuming every Cooper’s hawk wants. (We didn’t go for any wine so can’t speak on that, but almost every table had decanters to serve themselves in.) I loved the pasta I ordered I believe was the baked Parmesan shrimp, my partner ordered gnocchi carbonara but it was a smaller serving size than expected. Got some free chocolate truffles since my birthday was coming up. Overall, busy place with cool atmosphere, food and service wasn’t anything crazy but we definitely missed the main point of the restaurant which would probably be the steak and wine. I did see many tables with groups of 4-6, something I’ve never seen and found interesting. The amount of people in the dining room did make me want to back out before ordering, it really was busy and I don’t really get bothered by large amount of people, just a heads up if that’s something you look out for. Will be back to try that out!

I have rarely been disappointed at Cooper's hawk but tonight was exceptional! Tara was our server and she was attentive and made wonderful suggestions. The manager suggested a wine, Camille, which is my new favorite! The food was delicious! What a wonderful night!

This restaurant is a go to for me and my high school friends of 57 years. The staff is always welcoming. Our waitress was exceptional, offering to take a photo of our group, as well as offering menu suggestions, answering questions, refilling beverages, providing boxes for leftovers. Food, service, noise level, atmosphere, these are reasons we keep returning.

The blue cheese skirt steak salad was the best salad i have had in a long time, The only problem was i needed a cigarette after i ate it, but the restaurant is no smoking. It was an awesome meal. cooked to perfection medium rare on the skirt steak.

Although we've been going to Cooper's Hawk regularly for years (it's really our favorite place dine out) this was our first time experiencing their Brunch & Bubbles. As always, Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. The brunch was fabulous! Food was so delicious and cooked to perfection, and our server, Tara, could not have been more pleasant! What a wonderful experience!

Cooper's Hawk is quality at any location. When ever dome asks for a quality meal, we recommend it.

First, service was extremely slow. I've seen this trending at Cooper's Hawk over the past few years. Secondly, steak was burnt and had a bitter taste, we had to send it back. Next, the “special” Asian Shirt Ribs were way over-seasoned. CH used to be really really good but has consistently disappointed the last 4 times for us. I will not be returning, there are may better places in the area.

The key to a great dining experience is the people and the service. At Cooper's Hawk, Lucas in the Tasting Room and Dara in the Dining Room made for a fabulous date night. Lucas was very familiar with his wines and the production and pairings noteworthy for each. He was an enjoyable guide thru all the tastings and juggled the many folks needs smoothly and with a smile. His relaxed and funny demeanor were a great introduction into this establishment (I was visiting from out of town and needed a wine bar). Dara was equally welcoming and funny and provided us with a smile and attentive service exactly as we needed/wanted. She knew her menu and also was complimentary of our selections. I continued my wine tasting with a wine flight alongside my meal- another way to learn of 4 more wines that I did not try in the tasting room with Lucas. I will be back for sure. Some of the wines did not hit my palate well, but others were spot on. With this kind of array, everyone will find something they like here.

Two friends and I had a wonderful dining experience. Our server was amazing - beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely patient. The food and wine were great, as usual. Love the consistency at Coopers Hawk. Between one of my friends and myself we had $80 in rewards and free wine. So that was a plus. Will be back and highly recommend this restaurant.
