The food was amazing. We all got either filet mignon, or the medallions. We were celebrating a birthday. The waitress was very nice, but unfortunately the service was really bad. The food was outstanding. We share a crunchy shrimp appetizer. For dinner we ordered Dana's Chicken, 8 oz Filet, and Short Ribs. They all were delicious! Our server Lucas was helpful, attentive, and friendly. He also did not rush us, which we appreciated. All four of has has a great time.
We love Cooper's Hawk and the Arlington Heights location is our favorite, even though it's not the closest. This wasn't our best experience. My fiancé asked to have his filet butterflied and cooked to medium. When it arrived, it wasn't butterflied and it was cooked to rare.
