The restaurant is amazing. The decor is very clean and tables are cleaned extremely well between clients. Paper coverings are replaced over the entire table. The food quality is unchanged from four months ago. The bathroom on the other hand. Oh do I regret visiting that bathroom. Dirty unflushed toilet and urinal and overflowing trash can. I told a staff member. If it's cleaned by the end of the visit I'll go back to full 5 rating.

Disappointed tonight. We have been a loyal customer for a while. We would order at least 3-4 orders of the shrimp entree. Tonight.They provided a smaller size shrimp not only in the size of the actual shrimp, but also the container that it came in. so we move on.

Absolutely filthy rotten. The smell is absolutely nauseating. The bathrooms are disgusting, filthy, dirty stink, do yourself a favor and definitely find somewhere else to go. These people do not care. Just my experience.

Hit or miss. Delivery is solid but not on all dishes. For example the sweet and sour chicken is great but the fried rice is not. It was really weird and not what I expected at all. Egg foo young was good, but the Mongolian beef had too much sauce and was chewy. The dine in is typical and servers are friendly.

Jin 28 is one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Arlington Heights, and there are a lot to choose from. My husband and I came here with some friends. We hyped up the restaurant to them and Jin 28 delivered a great meal. We ordered the appetizer platter for two (Egg Roll, crab Rangoon, fried shrimp, BBQ ribs), which actually served four. That was a great start to the meal. We ordered the Honey Glazed Walnut Chicken (lightly breaded fried chicken on bed of broccoli with homemade coconut mayo sauce, topped with crunchy honey glazed walnuts), Pad See Ew with BBQ rib (wide Rice Noodles, mushrooms, Chinese broccoli and egg), pineapple shrimp curry, and orange shrimp (shrimp tossed in spicy orange peel sauce and broccoli). The food and service was amazing. Not only did we enjoy our meal but our friends want to come back and try some more of the food. I highly recommend Jin 28!

Well that's too bad. Went through your online menu for 40 minutes. Came up with a pretty big order for delivery, PAID for it, then the order was never accepted so it got cancelled. I am now waiting for the refund. Try again? Nope. Here is a tip...Don't charge until the order gets accepted. Now I am stuck wondering when the refund will actually come through.
