It was my first time here. I suck at names but the person that helped us was super friendly and patient. There were so many flavors to choose from. I had to try 4 to narrow it down. I knew I wanted a double scoop so I had to make sure that the 2 flavors I chose melted well together. So I went for the coconut almond chip or whatever the name was and the espresso chip. I said if I'm doing this then I am doing this right and got my 2 scoops in a waffle bowl with chocolate. What I didn't know was how big those scoops were going to be. It took a while to finish that bowl and the 2 scoops of ice cream in it and I may have some seriously high sugar levels now but it was delicious. I didn't want the flavors to stop. The cup you see is a bananachoco milkshake or something like that. And that was the regular size. I can't even imagine how big the large is. I did not taste that because that double scoop was more than enough. I will definitely go back there. YUM!
The ilce cream was good. The service from Eesha was excellent. She deserves a BIG Raise!
A Nightly Ritual We Can’t Quit
Every time we’re in town, Oberweis becomes less of a treat and more of a mandatory nightly pilgrimage. It’s that good. My husband and I don’t even debate it anymore—it’s simply understood that dessert means Oberweis.
My personal obsession? The chocolate chip milkshake with a side of hot fudge. It’s decadent, dreamy, and basically the dessert equivalent of a warm hug. The ice cream is so rich and creamy, you can taste the quality in every single bite (or sip).
There’s just something about the way Oberweis does dairy—it’s pure, nostalgic indulgence without a single hint of “grocery store ice cream” vibe. And the fact that we somehow manage to justify going every single night while visiting? Zero regrets.
Bottom line: Oberweis is happiness in a cup, cone, or milkshake glass. If you’re anywhere nearby, just go. Then go again tomorrow.
It has been years since Oberweis is serving best quality ice cream and treats to customers. The secret is old receipes and uncompromising quality of ingradients. Taste is always consistent. I love this place. One of the best experience! I would highly recommend this place. A+
Locally made ice cream never disappoints
I've been here several times these past two months. First time just a traditional ice cream treat on a cone (peanut butter 🥜 chocolate) and the following visits hot fudge sundae 🍨 and root beer 🍺 floats.
Let me just say they have THE BEST root beer floats because of the extremely good quality of their vanilla ice cream and they give you a very generous sized quantity in a huge mug.
The place is typically pretty packed in the evening especially on the weekends but there's always plenty of room for seating.
Atmosphere here is cheerful and casual and the staff are very friendly and eager to provide excellent service. It's always a pleasure to come here and enjoy dairy treats.
My go to place for all things ice cream. They also have great customer service. Their lemonade is delicious as well.
Nice clean and friendly.

It's really good ice cream, but extremely overpriced ($14 for chocolate in a cup, really?)
Parking: Relatively small parking lot, but never crowded

The hot fudge sundae was half melted. The fudge was cold and tasted stale. I only took a few bites of it. My wife got a vanilla cone and that was pretty good.
