Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is hands down the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order here, I end up waiting 15-20 minutes for something as simple as a chicken sandwich. Then, after wasting my time, they still forget items from the order. And the crazy part is there’s usually nobody there. The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency and provide some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s like doing the bare minimum is too much to ask. The reviews speak for themselves, this has clearly been an ongoing issue, and nothing changes. At this point, corporate needs to step in and investigate this location. When the same complaints about long wait times, missing items, and poor service keep appearing in review after review, it’s no longer an isolated incident, it’s a management failure!!! Customers are paying for food and service they aren’t receiving, and people shouldn’t have to double check every order and expect to wait 20 minutes for a simple meal. Someone needs to be held accountable, and meaningful changes need to happen.

The hispanic lady at the drive thru refused to serve me at the window after telling her that the speaker was clearly too low to understand her. very rude of her to deny me service. I felt extremely hurt and harassed and very discriminated.

If you want to wait over 30 minutes even though you’re the only one at the drive thru be my guest. They had me pulling up ahead so their drive thru timer would be better

The night crew needs to lock in a bit. Location was on my route home from a job site and I stopped a few times for a sandwich for dinner on my way home. Simple order, no substitutions, one spicy chicken sandwich - always took 20-30 minutes and would arrive room temp. I stopped going. Vernon, Gurnee, RLB locations are great. This one is mid.

The guy running the drive through super nice and Very professional. Food was hot and it's 10:49 PM.

This location is EXTREMELY CONCERNING. Pulled up in the drive through at 9:30pm. No one answers they hide in the back. Waited for 10 minutes nothing. Honestly just shut this location down or don’t get a job if u don’t want to work. Bye.

The food I received at lunch was good and fresh, just like it should be. The only negative I have is that the lady charged my card over $18 for wings and fries. Other than that, everything was good.

Cashier was rude she said it was “my job” to notify her my presence when she never even greeted me and she even gave me the wrong order

DO NOT EAT HERE.!!!!!!! I was really disappointed with the service because something as simple as making a chicken sandwich turned into a mess. They loaded it with an excessive amount of mayonnaise, completely overpowering the rest of the flavors and making it almost inedible. It felt careless, like no attention was paid to balance or customer preference. Overall, it left a bad impression and made the whole experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Yall gotta do better at this location. Third time I've been here its seems like the place is on fire. The current manager looks beyond stress. Get him some more help. Only reason I come to this location is because its close to me. Get some more help.

Fatima made me feel welcomed and provided wonderful customer with a smile. I had a long night after my truck broke down right near this location. The service she provided, along with a fresh delicious meal helped turn my night around.
