Fantastic chocolate. The lady working there is very knowledgeable and kind.Prices are doubled than the one in japan but i guess is because of taxes.

The chocolates are good but every time I come into the store it’s disheveled and messy looking. Also when I come here there’s never anyone out to assist me with the products or questions. There’s been multiple times where I have to stand and wait for the lady to come out, this usually happens on the weekends, it’s usually always the same lady too. Before 2021 this used to be a better store.

Royce chocolate and cookies is located inside of mitsuwa along with several high end vendors and shops. Royce doesn't disappoint. Paris was extremely helpful and went over all of the offerings that Royce had. I ended up getting the variety pack because I couldn't make up mind. Great gifts for the adventurous tongue and even for someone with a sweet tooth. The have adorable pink gift bags to make it for a quick pick up. I absolutely recommend the fromage blanc chips, they are delicious and daring at the same time!

Luxurious chocolate company from Hokkaido, Japan. The chocolates are not too sweet. After that first bite, your mouth will be craving for more. The associate is very nice and gives you a detailed history of the chocolate. Remember to ask for free samples. Prices are on the higher end. They do have an assortment with different packaging. The one I got was $29. Definitely worth buying if it’s for yourself or a gift to someone. After you walk in the main entrance, turn left past the mochi place, and head straight ahead. It’s next door to Lady M and the food court.

I love this bakery. The cake turned out so beautiful for the wedding. I had people say the cake tasted amazing as well day after the wedding.

Their soft matcha chocolate is amazing, but it is a little pricey for the size. I think it is a great gift for friends.

Super friendly, helpful and patient staff. We had a custom order for a special occasion and they spent all the care with our order, always with smiles. Chocolates are obviously great but we really liked the service here as well.

Great chocolates to taste but the price is in high end.

Good chocolates (nothing special honestly) but customer service and shipping method is horrible - this is towards the NYC location that ships the online order. Thanks for the melted chocolates but won't order again or ship as gifts. I'll give the local Mitsuwa location a chance and update the review.Reading the reviews, customer service at the stores isn't better either. These are just $18-20 dollar "fine" chocolates (it's only about $7-9 in Japan), it's not gold or bluefin tuna, just chocolate.Fix the people that work for you/customer service and don't be so cheap with dry ice.

When visiting Mitsuwa Marketplace in Arlington Heights, be sure to stop at Royce. On this busy Sunday before Thanksgiving, I stopped at Royce in my quest for gifts. Other people were at Royce this afternoon while I was there. It was a busy place to be!! Depending on your price level, there is something chocolate there for you. One box of chocolate looked as delicious as the other! The size of the boxes varied as did the prices. If you are looking for chocolate candy or cookies, this is the place to be!
