Best, most authentic Mexican food around. The tamales are SO DAMN GOOD. I wish I could eat here every day. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. Looks like I won’t be going to el famous ever again!
We visited Tamaleria y Antojitos Chepis yesterday and really enjoyed it. The food was very good—everything tasted fresh and well made. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. I would definitely go back again
Truly exceptional tamales. The banana-leaf wrapping keeps them wonderfully moist, adding a subtle earthy aroma you don’t get with corn husks. The balance between filling and masa is spot-on—rich, flavorful, and never dry. Easily some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
