We were at the Bakester today and they were understaffed. Iliya was there working as hard as he could and was doing a great job. Through no fault of his own and under great pressure, he tried to get the job done to keep the restaurant moving. The food was great.
What a darling place. A hidden gem in Arlington Heights! The food was wonderful. Unfortunately, probably the worst service ever. After our food was brought to us we never saw our server at our table again. There was one other table of guests so it's not like they were busy. Very disappointing.
I Love this Patisserie ! I visit regularly and have brought several friends . I recently brought my Mother who was visiting from Tn and she thoroughly enjoyed the tea service.
It was reminiscent of my childhood days in Tennessee when we would enjoy quaint tea houses together .
The service is impeccable, the ambiance perfect ,the food quality is superb and the owner is such a gracious ,lovely lady , who knows how to treat her customers . I will definitely continue...
