Ramen USA is a cute little restaurant hidden near the intersection of Arlington Heights are and Algonquin Rd, on the border of Arlington Heights and Rolling Meadows. They have a great menu that includes free salad bar and green tea for eat-in customers. And for those seeking a bargain, they offer a limited Happy Hour menu five days a week with 30% off ramen and 50% apps like gyoza and takoyaki. They also have great drinks at great prices: flavored matcha lattes for $4.99 and Ramune...
(Definitely a hidden gem)
I’ll start by saying that if you have a fish allergy like myself, the ramen broth is made with fish oil. However the cashier was more than understanding, patient, and helpful with asking the kitchen what I could and could not have, even going as far as assisting me with separating items she believed to have even a minuscule amount of fish product (our usual Ramen spot does not use fish oil).

We ordered a Curry Pork Cullet Curry Rice with Onion Soup , a Champ Ramen - (Reg) No Addon Topping and a Onigiri Rice Ball - Salmon (Grilled Salmon).
Those were very delicious and volumy.
