“We ventured to Auburn to try OPA THAI and were greeted and served by a friendly and welcoming family operation. The food is made like homemade Thai food with options for the spiciness level. Very fresh and flavorful. The Thai tea was a special treat!”

“I was staying the weekend in Springfield with my partner and I stumbled upon this place while looking for interesting breweries. We decided to take the short trek to check it out. It was totally worth it. Bartender was fun. The few patrons were welcoming. There was a musician playing a small acoustic set that was pretty good. Overall great experience. I loved my drink (toasted marshmallow espresso tini) and my partner enjoyed his flight of beers. We wished we were staying closer because we totally would have been back.”

“Good morning, FB friends. I had to just share this with you all. I had the pleasure of dining at Jo's Place in Virden with my son's after a phenomenal weekend. The restaurant, now under new management and ownership, offered exceptional food. The steak I had was one of the best, and the atmosphere was magnificent. Our waitress was polite and courteous, and we had the opportunity to meet the new owner, who is a wonderful person. It's a great place to enjoy a great meal at a great price.”
