Come here often and most of the time they’re kind. Went to the drive-thru for an online order and the woman had an EXTREME attitude. Claimed to not have our order in their system, pickup was 9:40 and it was 9:36… early? yeah. way too early for the order to even be there? No way. We said my bad and she still had attitude, said we were “wasting time”. So unprofessional.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience at Burger King today. The employee who assisted me Ana Varela was very friendly, professional, and attentive. She provided excellent customer service, made sure my order was correct, fresh and maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit. It’s always appreciated when an employee goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed. Great job and excellent service!
