Very nice worker there with excellent customer service
Very slow service with just 3 staff, 1 on register and 2 baristas and over 20 customers waiting. Photo is of all the folks waiting for their drink. We had to wait about 30 minutes for 1 java chip mocachino.

Starbucks, located at the Chicago Premium Outlet mall in Aurora, IL, is a popular spot for visitors. Despite being small with no indoor seating, the coffee shop is bustling with activity, particularly on weekends. The staff are kind, helpful, and polite, although they can be busy and overwhelmed at times. Customers can enjoy a variety of drinks, including the "Pink Drink" and a 16 oz. Small Americano -- Blonde Espresso, Cream & Sugar. While the shop may occasionally run out of certain ingredients, the staff's genuine energy and effort to make things right are notable.
