I come through the drive-thru almost daily and Letty is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and talks to me....she gas gotten to know me. She actually knows my voice now through the drive through....LMAO. If I miss a few days or week or going through if I am traveling for work, she notices. McDonald's drive-thru staff was incredibly nice and made the fast-food experience better for a family. However, the order was messed up with missing items and incorrect food. Another customer had a frustrating experience with a cashier who was not paying attention to the order, leading to a mix-up. Overall, the restaurant seems to have inconsistent service quality, with some staff members being pleasant and others making mistakes.
