Best Dunkin I have been to!! I live in Chicago and have been disappointed lately. This one was great all around! Bagel so fresh and plenty of cream cheese. Staff friendly and appreciative. I’ll be back!

Misunderstood i wanted something and corrected it immediately with no hassle. New and super clean. Hey not bad

This Dunkin' is described as a great all-around location. The bagel is fresh with plenty of cream cheese, and the staff is friendly and appreciative. Having a drive thru now really makes a difference, and the location does a lot of business. The coffee is the best tasting by far, and a fresh pot of decaf is made when it has been sitting for a while. The staff is very professional and friendly.
One visit absolutely delivered. An iced latte, a maple frosted donut, hash browns, and a breakfast sandwich all came out fresh, hot where it mattered, and clearly made with care. The iced latte was smooth and refreshing, a perfect balance that actually tasted like coffee. The maple frosted donut was a standout: soft, fluffy, and coated with that classic maple glaze that hits just right without being overpowering. The hash browns were hot and crispy, not soggy. The breakfast sandwich was filling and satisfying, with a flaky croissant. Everything looked clean and well-stocked, the display case was loaded with options, neatly presented, and clearly rotated. Service was quick, and the space felt bright and welcoming.
Good customer service was also noted when a wrong drink order was fixed nicely. However, one visit was not the best experience with kids, as the Manager made a scene yelling at employees over making an extra drink, which was very unprofessional.
