Great place for great memories thankful for you all
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my reservations and want a full refund due to the storm that is coming today. We are expecting 5-9 inches of snow and are advised to stay home if possible. They have an automated message that says they still plan to stay open. When you call to no one picks up and it’s just going straight to voicemail. Poor customer service! Actually there’s no customer service since no one picks up the phone.
