My spouse and I had multiple quality control issues including that the food was cold, much more gristle than I would have preferred for Carne Asada, and then there were hairs found in my burrito bowl and paper shreds found in my spouses salad.

I cannot recommend this location.

Follow up, management responded and partially refunded our money. Appreciate the gesture and did express commitment to quality.

I had a great experience at this chipotle location. I get the plant based sofritas, the lady who made my amazing burrito got me the freshest of fresh from the back. I appreciate you!

I hope corrections have been made based on previous reviews for this location, but yesterday I had no complaints. I had a horrible experience at the location in St. Charles on Randall Rd. and drove to this one and I was more than satisfied. I had one of the best meals as far as quality and freshness goes last night.
