My iced matcha latte was made perfectly, and Linda was very sweet and welcoming in the drive through. There's never a thing out of place in my orders, this is definitely the best location in the tri city area

Starbucks Coffee Company is consistently praised for its friendly and efficient staff, described as the nicest, friendliest, and most efficient. Many customers note they will drive past other locations to visit this one, as other locations nearby do not compare. The baristas are sweet and helpful, especially in the mornings, and are accommodating with complex or customized orders, making customers feel assured and not like a burden. Drinks are made quickly and correctly, often perfectly. The inside of the restaurant is always nice and clean.
The management is also commended for upholding rules, such as not allowing pets inside the establishment near food and drink areas, which customers find very respectable. Staff members, including shift leads and register employees, take time to walk customers through choices and suggestions, making the whole experience wonderful. This location provides a best experience for many, with small touches like a smiley face on a cup making someone's day. Customers love it so much they definitely plan on going back soon, giving it an exceptional rating.
