Energy City Brewing Reviews

One of my favorite breweries - they've truly mastered so many delicious beers! Now, they just need a taproom in Wisconsin!

Energy City Brewing is a popular spot that specializes in crafting smoothie-like sours with fruit-forward flavors. The brewery is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, with the owner often happy to let visitors sample their beers and suggest other local breweries. While they do not serve food, customers are welcome to bring their own. The brewery features a high-quality shuffleboard table for entertainment. They focus on canned beers with a steady body, balanced flavor, and consistent ABV content, offering a unique selection of brews to try. The Bistro Grape PB&J beer has received particular praise, and guests can enjoy samples of four different beers. The fun and relaxed environment makes Energy City Brewing a great place to visit, and it’s likely to become a favorite spot for many. Visitors can enjoy a variety of high-quality beers, including the Lemon meringue pie fruited sour, and the brewery's full, bright flavors appeal to both stout and sour lovers. The peanut butter marshmallow stout and the rich Chocolate Coconut Stout are especially popular, along with bold, deeply roasted beers like Skulling. The Aloha Sunrise Sorbet sour is a refreshing option that can even substitute for a mimosa. The welcoming and engaging service, along with a family and dog-friendly atmosphere, makes it a fun place to relax. Many beers are heavily fruited and spiced, with favorites like banana split, raspberry crumble, and triple berry, which has been compared to a liquid Linzer torte. The tables are clean and inviting, making it a perfect spot to bring tabletop games and enjoy time with friends.
