Batavia Randall Rd is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever had. stale bread. rude employees.
If I could leave a zero I would. Management is horrible thinks that by yelling over the phone he could fix the issues of sending the wrong sandwich. I called to let them know that one of the sandwiches were wrong it didn't have all the ingredients that were needed. He started yelling right off the bat stating that he made the sandwiches personally and he knows he made them the correct way. I continue to try to tell him that the sandwich was not made correctly I could send them...read full review
