Batavia Randall Rd is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever had. stale bread. rude employees.
I ordered online and was alerted that my food was out for delivery at 11:11am. It had been 30 mins and it still has not arrived (I live about 8-10 mins away) we called the store to ask what was going on and all they said was the delivery driver left 30 mins ago (obviously) and would be arriving soon. It was just delivered at 11:58 scared to even eat the sandwich who knows how long it was sitting out and where it was sitting out. Terrible service
If I could leave a zero I would. Management is horrible thinks that by yelling over the phone he could fix the issues of sending the wrong sandwich. I called to let them know that one of the sandwiches were wrong it didn't have all the ingredients that were needed. He started yelling right off the bat stating that he made the sandwiches personally and he knows he made them the correct way. I continue to try to tell him that the sandwich was not made correctly I could send them...read full review
