I ordered a malt and was informed this location does not carry malt powder, but it is on the menu and it is my favorite thing....very disappointed. Staff was nice but seemed unsure of themselves.
My family has been going to this Dunkin Donuts for 6 years. We have always had good service and the donuts and coffee are typical DD quality. I want to give a special shout out to the employee, Elizabeth, who overhead me say, "I'm kind of bummed they didn't have bottles water," and went out of her way to get me a cup of ice water. Thanks!!
