Meal Delivery Restaurants near Batavia, IL

“Please read, as I do NOT leave reviews that are less than 5 star. Even if the experience is not good. I joined Factor not knowing that it was a subscription service, and that it takes 10 days to receive your food. I then cancelled the same day, I still received a charge to my CC, 5 days after subscription cancellation. I called to ask what happened. Apparently, subscription and order cancellation are 2 different things (even tho I never placed an order). I asked for a refund. I asked to make sure that no food would be delivered. The delivery date was still 5 days away. 5 days more, no refund. I called again and the agent said that a refund was not processed and that they would do the processing now. After 1 more day, the food still arrived. Keep in mind that I never put in an order. 36 meals delivered - 26 of them being Chicken, and I’m not a Pollotarian.
Chicken Thighs & Wild Rice is something that I would never order. I received 8 of them.“
