I have been going to New Moon Vegan every week since it opened almost 2 years ago. I drive 35 min each way. It’s worth the drive. The food is absolutely fantastic and the owners could not be better people. The entire staff are all so friendly and helpful. The donuts are the best in all of Chicagoland (and beyond I am sure). We get the Staten breakfast sandwich each time we go. I cannot recommend this place enough to vegans and non-vegans alike.

Hands down the best bakery I have ever been to in my life. The vibe is solid and sweet and wholesome. The location itself is charming and lovely to sit and hang alone or with friends.
