I wouldn’t go back to this bar. I came with a group of three a few weeks ago. We pulled up an unused barstool so we could sit together and the bartender rudely told us that the spot was “reserved” for someone. She didn’t offer to get us a drink either. We just left. Wasn’t worth it. Tons of better options nearby for other small bars. Seems like if you’re not a “regular” they don’t want you there.

This is one my absolute favorite places to come for a few drinks. The atmosphere is very laid back, the whiskey selection is good, and the prices are good too. There are a few TVs above the bar if you just want to sit and relax, or if you're looking for some more activity they have Golden Tee, darts, and some gaming machines. Bob is a fantastic bar tender, always attentive, friendly, and the type of guy who will remember what you ordered even of you've only been in once or twice. It's always a pleasure to pop in while he's working. For food they have complimentary popcorn, or you can grab takeout from one of the local restaurants and eat it there. As I said, this is one of my favorite places and I have only good things to say.

This is the definition of old time bar except for the games. It has a few TV's for sports but not a sports bar by any stretch. Good cold beer selection and really good staff. This is the kind of place where locals go to hang out and talk about stuff. On Sundays, people bring food and share it for free for the football games. It is small but it has a great atmosphere, especially if you want to enjoy your fellow man/woman. There is a public parking lot nearby and there is a backdoor so you don't have to walk around to the front. All in all, it's a great place to get a drink/beer and mingle and talk. We need more places like this and less of BWW.

Classic Chicagoland/Midwest bar that has wooden countertops, pool, darts, a decent selection of draft beers and importantly “the atmosphere” of regulars and bar staff that keep it welcoming and local. Definitely a keeper.

Passing through town early Sunday, wanted a cocktail. Picked this place by chance. Got the best Bloody Mary (2), I ever had by bartender Tessa. Could of stayed all day. Great place.

Just stopped in when very few eateries were open and found a delightful owner and excellent wines (chardonnays and malbecs). Will return!
