This little gem is located in Beecher, IL. A quaint town with a fantastic bar. Not only are there drinks cold and refreshing but there food is in a league of its own. From sandwiches to great fish platter you cannot go wrong with this spot. And if the owners look familiar they probably are, they also own and run Corky's doghouse in Cedar Lake, IN. The Gould Vault is a cozy, brand new restaurant with friendly service. The menu offers delicious burgers, firecracker shrimp, and perfectly cooked wings and waffle fries. The bartender, Jamie, and the waitress named Tina provide excellent service. The place is nicely decorated, with plenty of parking available. Kids will enjoy the variety of fries offered. The interior is small, but there is outdoor seating, and the place is very clean. The drink menu includes fun options, like ice-cold tap beer, and there are wine options available, though wine pours may be light for the price. The owners are friendly and dedicated to making the place a success, with a welcoming atmosphere for both meals and drinks. Visitors appreciate the good food, decent prices, and the chance to try different dishes, making it a spot they are eager to return to.
